Do I need to be fingerprinted to be licensed?

As of the date of publication, Kentucky does not require fingerprinting to hold an insurance license.

However, sign up for a background check through the Kentucky Administrative Office of the Courts (AOC) by submitting an electronic request via AOC’s AOCFastCheck portal.
