Fingerprinting Services
(after you pass your exam)
You obtain your fingerprints through IdentoGO, the fingerprint service company contracted by Tennessee. Preregistration is required before visiting a IdentoGO location in Tennessee. Get fingerprinted after passing your exam and immediately before applying for your license.

Tip: Try to plan your fingerprinting after you pass your exam and immediately before you apply for your license because the fingerprint data is available to the Tennessee Department of Commerce and Insurance for only 30 days.
