Fingerprinting Services
An applicant for an insurance license must obtain state and FBI criminal history information from the Delaware State Police and submit the information to the DE Insurance Department.

The applicant is required to fax or email the State and FBI criminal history reports to the DE Department of Insurance once they are received. Once the application has been submitted through NIPR, please fax the State Criminal Background Report to: 302-736-7906. |
